I tried removing the cores and does not work.
I tried reinstalling the beta version and does not work
Now I still have to start from scratch with a clean install.
¿Erasing data from C: \ Users \ ... \ AppData \ Local \ UECIDE enough?

Yep, zapping that folder will start you completely afresh.

Yes and not

I downloaded the beta version and clean all traces above and it works.
But installing the stable version on a clean pc and also works.
The error is when there is more than one core or compilers installed.

There was a problem with the "stable" version which wouldn't allow two libraries named the same in two different cores. This has been fixed in the beta version.
