Formatting tool

Hi Matt.

From the earlier versions I know there has been a formatting tool. The menu item is missing now. Via the plugin manager checked if it was available under "tools" but I did not see it.

Is it taken out or do I make a mistake?

By the way, it comes (at the moment) in two parts - a "tool" which contains the executable, and a "plugin" that gives you the IDE interaction components. Both need to be installed. I'm migrating away from the "Plugin" system in version 1.0.0 because they use Javascript and that is being removed gradually from Java (which is a pain). So I have had to develop my own scripting engine for tools to use so the IDE can interact with them properly.

I had it as a .jar file originally - that's how plugins worked at first, self contained .jar files with everything in. It worked really well.

Then Oracle put a stop to that by breaking the facility I was using (that's the "Illegal reflective" errors you get on the terminal).

So I switched to Javascript instead, which worked ok.

Then Oracle put a stop to that by breaking the facility I was using (That's the "Nashorn will be removed" errors you get on the terminal).

So I said "stuff you" and started working on implementing it all with my own scripting system UScript. What UScript can do has gone through a major expansion in the development branch, but it will never be a proper scripting language like Javascript. More a simple list of instructions and commands to execute in order.

I like to keep things as plugins if I can as it allows me to update them without having to build an entire new version of UECIDE. But Oracle are making it harder and harder to do.
